Founded in 1957, Yaadnyawalkya Sanstha has been a pillar of social and cultural enrichment in Kalyan for over 68 years. Inspired by Sant Dnyaneshwar’s Pasayadan, our mission is to foster unity, knowledge, and prosperity for all.
Our Journey
- Established in 1957 on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.
- Main motive behind establishment was to follow sacred duties, tradition, customs, celebrate Munj, Weddings together as a clan.
- To Establish the Sanstha, stalwarts like Mr. Shaiwale, Mr. V M Pande, Mr. P S Upasani, Mr. V J Dange, Mr. Vasantrao Kulkarni actively participated.
- With the support of respected Kalyankars like Mr. Kulkarni and Lawyer Mote, we found a home in a modest space.
- Through the tireless efforts of Bhagvanrao Kulkarni, and Dr. Eklahare, we raised funds to build our own premises.
- In 1989, the new Sanstha building was inaugurated by Ex-Mumbai Mayor Sharad Acharya.
- Over the years, we have hosted notable personalities such as Prof. Ram Shevalkar, Dr. Pathan, Ex-Vice Chancellor Snehalata Deshmukh, and more.

Our Constitution
- Our First Constitution was accepted in the year 1992.
- Because of Organization’s increasing Programs & Members, Improved Version of Constitution was accepted on 15th August 2004.
- Third Amendment happened on 1/4/2005.
